Lincoln County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office or records holder. We cannot confirm custody, verify a release, post bond, release anyone, or obtain an official booking record. For an official answer, use the appropriate public office below.

Official Lincoln County Routes

For local custody direction, existing booking or arrest records, and the Lincoln County Detention Center, begin with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office. Pioche main station and detention mailing address: 225 Justice Way, PO Box 570, Pioche, NV 89043. The main, dispatch, and records starting number is 775-962-5151. The sheriff describes the non-emergency number as available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Pioche fax is 775-962-5384.

For a local public-record request, use the sheriff's official forms page, send the completed request to FOIA@Lincolncountynv.gov, mail it to the Pioche address, or submit it in person. Identify the existing record sought and separately request an associated booking photograph when applicable. The form describes a five-business-day response framework and a $35-per-staff-hour line for extraordinary requests, but it does not set a fixed photo fee. The county site lists office hours as Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; confirm public-counter hours before traveling.

Other listed sheriff locations are the Alamo substation, 121 Joshua Tree, Alamo, NV 89001, and the Caliente substation, 100 Depot Ave, Suite 2, Caliente, NV 89008. Use 775-962-5151 for either location because the official page does not list a separate Caliente telephone number.

The correct destination depends on the record and custody state:

  • For a county booking record, a photograph request, or county detention direction, follow the official request route above. The home guide explains the local search and records-request path.
  • For a custody-status change or notification, use Nevada VINE. It is a notification service, not a complete local photo roster.
  • For a sentenced Nevada state-prison offender, use the NDOC Inmate Search. NDOC is not the normal lookup path for a current Lincoln County detention booking.
  • For a court outcome or case procedure, ask the responsible court clerk. Meadow Valley Justice Court, Pahranagat Valley Justice Court, and the Seventh Judicial District Court serve different local matters and resolve outcomes, not this private site.
  • For a federal inmate or immigration detainee, use the official BOP or ICE locator rather than assuming the person is held in the Lincoln County Detention Center.
  • For a possible warrant, the Most Wanted Fugitives page explains the official local direction and court-contact path. Do not rely on a private page to determine active warrant status.
  • For local reporting context, Crime News explains why a news item is not a substitute for an official record or later court disposition.
